Our Complimentary Carer and Family Support Group provides a welcoming environment where carers can connect with a mental health professional, gain valuable insights, and access practical strategies to support both their loved one and their own wellbeing.
This free monthly group has been designed specifically for family members, carers and support people of individuals experiencing mental health conditions. Participants can attend independently and take part in an educational and supportive session facilitated by a mental health worker.
