Dr Peter Vidgen

Dr Peter Vidgen GMBBS was born and bred in Toowoomba, but spent many of his formative years on the Gold Coast mainly with Surf Life Saving Clubs Pacific, Currumbin and Surfers Paradise. Dr Vidgen completed his Medical Degree at the University of Queensland in 1970 and following this, worked at the Princess Alexander Hospital as a Resident then Medical Registrar.
He continues to manage the hospital's medical team, which strives to make a significant difference to the ongoing health of all patients. His other GP commitments are limited only to his ongoing private patients and aged care facilities.
