Treatment for Veterans and Emergency Services
We have worked with veterans and emergency service personnel who suffer from exposure to significant and complex traumatic events. Our specalised care programs have been designed with veterans and emergency service personnel in mind, providing a supportive and thoughtful structure to help both groups with their mental health issues.
Set in a lush and green nature pocket of the Gold Coast, our clinic is a safe and relaxing space for veterans and emergency service personnel to receive the DVA approved care and support they need with their mental health.

Day Programs
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Veterans and Emergency Services (DVA Approved)
This program is ideal for those who wish to manage depression and/or anxiety more effectively. This program provides a very specific focus on exposure therapy to decrease the impact that anxiety can have on an individual’s life. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is used to identify unhelpful thoughts that maintain anxiety, and relaxation techniques are utilised to better manage physical symptoms of anxiety.
Effective Communication and Managing Anger (DVA Approved)
This program is designed for all currently serving military and veteran personnel, and current or ex-serving emergency services personnel. It specifically targets the problems associated with post-traumatic stress disorder. It addresses problems that arise from serving in high stress occupations, such as stress and arousal management, anger management, and improved communication and relationship skills. It also provides a safe, confidential and supportive environment to complement individual treatment pathways.
