If you are currently a patient in hospital with a complaint or a concern, we encourage you to discuss this with your Nurse or Unit Manager. Patient feedback cards are also available from reception and completed cards can be placed in the patient feedback box, also at reception.
Consumer focus groups
These groups are held fortnightly by a member of Currumbin Clinic's Consumer and Carer Committee. These meetings provide another opportunity to give feedback about our staff, services and facilities. Session times are displayed on the inpatient group program timetable.
Before leaving the Clinic, patients complete a Patient Experience of Care Survey. Feedback allows us to evaluate how Currumbin Clinic's standard of care compares, against defined industry standards.
Approximately two weeks after your discharge you will be emailed a copy of our Patient Experience Survey. The feedback you provide helps us to know what we are doing well, staff we should recognise, and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors.
