specialises in the assessment and treatment of patients presenting with mental

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
This six-week program is based on the principle of accepting what is out of your personal control, while committing to taking action to enrich your life and make it more meaningful.
Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program is for patients who suffer from depression, anxiety or stress. This DVA-approved program helps you identify, understand and change unhelpful patterns of thinking which may negatively affect your life.
We offer this as a day program for three weeks or as an evening program for six weeks.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
This six-month program is for patients
diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder and those who have intense,
unstable moods, self-harm and unstable relationships. The program is
skill-based to help patients tolerate intense feelings and learn to manage self-harming behaviours.
Run by a multidisciplinary treatment team, the program and requires a
strong commitment to therapy.
